As the summer sun rises over the skyline of New York, the city turns into a runway of love, expression, and unapologetic celebration. Pride in NYC—a month-long statement swathed in sequins and set to the rhythm of resistance, resilience, and revelry, reflects the brilliance of the LGBTQIA+ community through vibrant cultural touchpoints that stretch from the stained-glass grandeur of cathedrals to rooftops pulsing with live music. Here’s your curated guide to PRIDE events in New York City.
May 31 – Pride Eve at the Cathedral of Saint John the Divine begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails, crafts, pageantry, and a performance by the Greedy Peasant, culminating in the illumination of the Cathedral in radiant rainbow lights. Monochromatic elegance (and tassels) included. Tickets $35–$100.

June 1 – Brooklyn Gay Bar Crawl offers a spirited tour through queer Brooklyn—from The Mouth to Macri Park. Starting at 3 p.m. and hosted by Brooklyn Art Haus, this community-powered event supports the ACLU and promises an unforgettable day-to-night celebration.
June 2 – Books & Bites: What Is Queer Food? at Platform by JBF brings together John Birdsall and Elazar Sontag for a conversation and curated tasting on the legacy of queer cuisine. General admission is $45 or $70 with a signed copy of Birdsall’s book.
June 4 – Pride Gallery Opening at Brooklyn Art Haus debuts a curated visual celebration of queer artistry, free and open to the public. Later that night, the BAH BALL commemorates the venue’s two-year anniversary with circus, cocktails, and creative flair. Tickets available online.
June 12 – The Queer Pool Association (QPA) Scrimmage, led by McKenzie Keating, kicks off with a free pool clinic for LGBTQIA+ teens (ages 13–19), launching a monthly series of friendly games, community connection, and cash prizes every second Thursday. June 14 – The Conduit Media Pride Showcase, curated by Baileigh, offers a free night of high-energy performances from queer musicians and artists in a joyful celebration of Pride at Sugar Mouse NYC.
June 14 – Pride Family Picnic at the Cathedral Gardens offers a day of community joy with yard games, music by the Queer Big Apple Corps Marching Band, and an instrument petting zoo. Free with RSVP, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
June 18 – The Pride Variety Show, organized by AD Deca, features a lively mix of LGBTQ+ performers across magic, comedy, music, and more, showcasing queer talent in all its brilliance.
June 20 – Unapologetic: A Juneteenth Concert by the NYC Gay Men’s Chorus celebrates Black queer love through song and story at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. This free concert begins at 8 p.m.
June 21 – Dyke Beer Pride Party takes over Brooklyn Art Haus with queer joy on tap, blending music, craft beer, and community in celebration of identity.
June 22 – Brunch at Platform by JBF unites Dacha 46’s Jessica and Trina Quinn with Woldy Reyes and Jeremy Salamon for a joyful, food-forward tribute to queer heritage. Tickets range from $115 to $135. That evening, MIX NYC Queer Film Night screens avant-garde queer cinema to celebrate over 40 years of film rebellion.
June 24 – TSQ LIVE Pride Edition brings the fabulous Luxx Noir London (of RuPaul’s Drag Race) to Times Square for a high-energy DJ set with iconic NYC drag artists including Marti Cummings, Venus Mystique, and Lana Ja’Rae. Free and unticketed in the heart of the city. Simultaneously, the Brooklyn Pride Comedy Festival kicks off six days of laughs at Brooklyn Art Haus.
June 27 – NYC PRIDE IMMERSIVE EVENT transforms Hall des Lumières into a full sensory fantasy from 8 p.m. to midnight. Hosted by Jamie CD, this drag-into-DJ spectacle stars BMAJR and a special performance by VINCINT. A breathtaking experience in Manhattan’s most opulent digital art venue.

June 27 – Moon Pride enchants Brooklyn Art Haus with a glitter-soaked burlesque tribute to Sailor Moon by Magical Girl Burlesque and Kita St Cyr. Expect sideshow, cosplay, and sparkle starting at 10 p.m. General admission is $30.
June 29 – The NYC Pride March is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM EDT on Sunday. The march starts at 25th Street and 5th Avenue.
