Off the Clock: Cocktail Society at BarChef New York

April 29th

Head to BarChef New York in Midtown for Off the Clock: Cocktail Society on April 29th from 5 PM – 8:30 PM, an after-work escape elevating the traditional happy hour. Expect a curated lineup that really shows off the bar’s detail-driven culinary approach to mixology. Standouts include the Charred Strawberry (made with strawberry-infused gin, roasted chicory maraschino, a touch of Islay Scotch, and elderberry bitters) and the Olive Martini, which leans briny with gin, olive brine, fino sherry, and grapefruit bitters. There’s also the Spiced Orange for something citrusy and layered, and the Shinzen Martini if you’re in the mood for something a bit more delicate and unexpected. What makes it even more interesting: a lot of the ingredients—like fresh greens and botanicals—are grown right at the venue, and the drinks play with texture and technique in a way you don’t see everywhere. Whether you’re popping in for one drink or settling in for the night, it’s an easy way to level up your usual post-work routine.
